Glamping is glamorous camping! Glamping redefines traditional camping, offering an elevated experience with added comfort and exquisite, cozy furnishings.

Begin your journey by exploring our website, then peruse our range of configurations and optional extras to tailor your stay according to your preferences. After selecting your distinctive glamping package and completing the booking form, we will validate your reservation through a consultation and request a deposit to secure your date, leaving the rest in our capable hands. From the initial setup to the final takedown, your only task is to relish every moment of your exceptional glamping adventure!

Our stunning 20-foot bell tent is adaptable to any location with a flat, grassy area. We bring this exceptional glamping experience directly to your chosen destination, for a truly unique glamping experience. 

For the bell tent setup, you’ll require a 30-foot diameter space (20 feet for the tent itself and an additional 5 feet all around for ropes). As for the sleep-over tents, each one will need an area of 45 x 80 inches.

To ensure a successful setup, we require a flat, even surface accessible by both car and trailer, with potential access to electricity if any power-dependent amenities are requested; the remainder of the arrangements will be handled by us!

Yes, deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to an alternative date if a rescheduling request is made and can be accommodated, provided it’s made at least 14 days before the initial reservation date. In cases of rescheduling due to severe weather conditions, no refunds will be issued, and there will be no additional charges incurred for rescheduling to a new date.

Yes, should you reserve two or more consecutive nights, a 30% discount will be applied to those specific nights. Please be aware that in cases where there are ongoing promotions, the 30% discount will consistently be calculated based on our standard base rate of $450.

The Bell offers various configurations, but the most favored includes a single Queen bed or the option for multiple twin beds. The configuration that accommodates the highest number of guests features 8 twin beds.

Below, you’ll discover a map showing our service region. The smallest highlighted section is encompassed within the booking cost. The second highlighted area necessitates a $75 delivery fee, while the largest highlighted region incurs a $150 delivery fee.

We meticulously launder all bedding items, such as waterproof mattress protectors, pillows, and pillow protectors on a sanitary cycle. However, if you prefer to use your own pillows or bedding, kindly inform us during your consultation.

The overnight rental period begins at 4 pm on the first day of the reservation and ends at 10 am on the concluding day, as specified in your booking confirmation. 

 

The rental period for day rentals begins at 1 pm and concludes at 9 pm on the day of your reservation. 

The Bell is water resistant but in the case of extreme weather forecasts, reservation may be rescheduled (NOT refunded) at no extra cost.

Our backyard glamping services bring the magic of the outdoors right to you, with an array of service areas designed to cater to your preferences. The Main service area is included in the rental price. Are you a little further out? Opt for our Secondary area, available for an additional $75. Additionally, our 3rd area can be added at an extra cost of $150. With our additional service areas, you can savor the joy of glamping in the comfort of your own outdoor haven, tailored to your desires.
